Carlton Resources Plc is a UK-incorporated company whose investment strategy is to acquire minority or controlling interests in one or more privately held or publicly-listed resources projects, with a focus on Africa. It is proposed that the projects in which the Company invests will not be limited to any single resource.

The directors of the Company, all of whom have experience in operating and investing in resource projects in Africa, are continually considering and evaluating various opportunities with a view to identifying and pursuing new businesses with the potential to add value for shareholders.
