	Director Profiles Martyn John Churchouse BSc, MSc, MBA Non-executive Director Mr Churchouse is a geologist with 25 years' experience, including 14 years in Africa with Johannesburg Consolidated Industries as a senior mine geologist, for Anglo American-Namibia as a senior geologist, and for Gold Fields Namibia and Gold Fields Ghana. He has also spent 7 years working on exploration and mining projects in Eastern Europe including the position of mine manager of a 2.5 Mtpy tailings reclamation project. Martyn Churchouse is responsible for overseeing production and exploration programmes as well as acquisition of new mining projects and exploration licenses.
