Notice of EGM
Further to the announcement of 4 December 2008, KimCor announces that the circular setting out full details of the proposed sale of its diamond operations and the Company's investing strategy (the "Circular"), together with notice of an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM"), has now been posted to the Company's shareholders.
To reflect the proposed changes to the Company as a result of the disposals, it is proposed that the Company will change its name to Carlton Resources plc.
The Circular convenes an EGM of the Company, to be held at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 8 January 2009 at the offices of Nabarro at Lacon House, 84 Theobald's Road, London WC1X 8RW.
